Key areas of accountability/responsibility
Processes customer sales orders and enters them into DSM ERP system.

1 Receives and processes customer sales orders including obtaining required information from the customer. Confirm material availability, confirm pricing and enter all information into DSM's ERP system.

2. Monitors status of open orders, confirms shipping dates, communicates problems and delays to customers, enters order changes into the computer system and advises shipping and planning as required,

3. Processes and coordinates returns and replacement orders for materials damaged in transit or rejected by customers to include communicating with customers and company personnel and completing required documentation.

4. Responds to customer inquiries and complaints, answering customer questions, process material document requests, and involve other company personnel as required.

5. Serves as liaison between customers and other internal DSM employees to include filed sales, product managers and supply chain management.

6. Enters various data into DSM ERP system to include revised customer data, credit information, no charge samples orders, pricing updates and special pricing as approved by VP Sales and Marketing. Prepares and issues credit/debit memos and bill only invoices as needed.

7. Monitor and place refill orders for Vendor Managed Inventory accounts

8. Keep consignment customers invoiced, and inventory balanced by end of each month

9. Use the daily credit report to follow up with Account Managers to clear up in order to avoid any order interruptions or delayed production/deliveries

10. Performs duties of other Customer Service Representatives as needed in their absence.

11. Files various documents and completes and submits reports as required.

12. Complies with all position requirements as defined in DSM's internal control, quality system and SHE requirements, policies and procedures.

13. Performs special projects and related duties as assigned (ex. I2i monitoring, English to Spanish document translation)

14. Maintain, process and complete CUPS (Credit Upon Proof of Sale) and Rebate contracts where/when necessary

15. Maintain a bulk schedule for multiple accounts and work directly with the logistics team for on time, delivery to avoid over filling or shutting customer down

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
Expertise in the office windows environment

Required level of experiences
3-5 years of past customer service experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Must work well under pressure and be able to multi- task and set appropriate priorities.

Must have above average oral and written communication skills and a sensitivity to cultural diversities.

Prior SAP experience preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
