- Enter and update data into computer systems and databases - Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries - Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors - Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information - Organize and maintain physical and electronic files - Assist with administrative tasks as needed Requirements:
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy - Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience working with pivot tables is a plus - Ability to transcribe information from various sources accurately - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Prior experience in data collection or data entry is preferred - Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners, printers, and copiers This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience.
